Recently we had the opportunity to do a short video with Kristine of Northridge Media. Northridge publishes some WONDERFUL craft magazines including, Simply Handmade, Cards, Scrapbook Trends, Bead Trends, and more!
These bite-sized magazines are PACKED with inspiration and beauty!
Our challenge was to look through their most recent issue of Simply Handmade and find a project that inspired us to make something else. Kris went with paper, while Kim took the fabric route. Two VERY different ideas, but two fun ways to look at something new!

Beautiful work ladies! I for one as a huge fan of yellow. With spring just around the corner, it gives me the itch to add a little pop of color to the home. I love both of these ideas. I think you should air them both on the show as a two minute craft countdown,well, maybe more than two minutes! LOL
