Good morning!  If you are celebrating Thanksgiving this week, we wish you a very happy one.  This week we are posting 2 video clips of a recent segment on KSL/NBC’s Studio 5 program. 

Remember our 1st episode of Season 2 had you making owl pin cushions! Watch how Kris showed Studio 5 viewers how to take that same pattern and make an “owl garland”, oversized stuffed animals, and more — all with the same pattern!

Following that first segment on Studio 5, we both had a chance to sit with Brooke and Darin to give them “the dish” on what happened AFTER the Nate Berkus Show episode. They wanted to see what all of those items really looked like in our homes once we got back from New York. So here it is! (Oh, and if you watch very closely at the beginning of the segment, you’ll catch Kim wiping lipstick off of Kris’ teeth! Little did Kim know that the cameras were rolling! Ahhh…the beauty of live television! So when you see us all laughing about it at the beginning, that’s what happened. Hey, isn’t that what sisters are for? We craft together…and wipe lipstick off of each other’s teeth.

On a personal note, our grandmother passed away a few days ago and it has been a difficult, yet sweet time to remember her beautiful life. She was our confidant, cheerleader, and one of our very dearest friends. It’s certainly a time for reflection for many reasons. We are grateful for family and good friends.
