I can't honestly say that I have ever heard of the show you two have. All I can say is I typed in on the computer sewing machine give away and this web site popped up. I will tell a short story though, which is true, my mom (who by the way should I say was also the only parent I have had) passed away not to long ago and I am planing on making a quilt out of her old clothes. I am having a hard time getting everything together like the quilting rake, and sewing machine, along with some other things, with me only working 24 hours a week and going to school to get a nurses degree (something my mom wants me to finish and actually made me promise her I would finish). The quilt is something I feel like I just have to do that way I will always have some thing that would remind me of her, and the things she loved to do. Yeap my mom was a sewer in a lot of ways there's not much she couldn't sew.

Thank you for lending a ear

Starting my fashion degree in a few months. Mom says that I can't use her machine forever, so here's to hoping a great show will help me on my career path. Love the Show. It keeps me way ahead of most of my friends. Half of them don't even know how to thread a machine, hand stitch, or even cross stitch. I love bogglig them with new projects from the show. It's my secret.
